S01E07. What and how to measure as an instructor? Interview with Sally-Ann Moore.

Sally-Ann is the Managing Director and founder of a worldwide series of conferences and exhibitions dedicated to e-learning. She has a long career in consulting and today specializes in eLearning, Competence Management and Performance Management.

In 2013 and 2014 Sally-Ann has been named as part of the TOP 10 Movers and Shakers of e-learning in Europe.

Sally-Ann Moore is a BSC Honors Graduate from University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology, and an Associate of the Textile Institute. She studied Finance at INSEAD and has published several articles and papers, lately on the subject of activity-based competence management and performance management. Sally-Ann’s consulting career started with 6 years (from 1980 to 1986) at the prestigious Battelle Research Institute where, she led and managed techno-economic research and consulting programs. From 1986 to 1996, Sally-Ann was European portfolio manager for financial management reporting systems at Digital Equipment. Finally, before creating eLearn Expo in 2000, Sally was the co-founder and responsible for the development of Global’s Education Integration projects and consulting business in strategic accounts worldwide at Global Knowledge Network, the largest IT training company in the world.
