O uraz skrętny stawu skokowego wcale nie tak trudno. Sytuacji w jakich do niego dochodzi można mnożyć na pęczki. To o czym dzisiaj? O tym, że skręcenie skręceniu nie równe. Wspomnę o tym jak rozpoznać czy przypadkiem coś się nie złamało? Czy trzeba robić jakąś diagnostykę? Co robić w pierwszych dniach po urazie – to pewnie będzie najciekawsze. Jak leczyć docelowo skręcenie i jakie są szanse na pełne wyzdrowienie.
